2nd Day Shipping: ez prints is pleased to provide you with "next business day" shipping. With weekends and holidays of course the next business day is not necessarily the next calendar day. For instance if you placed an order after noon on a Friday your order will ship on Monday. To ensure you receive your order in a timely manner, please be aware that holidays and weekends affect "the next business day". [top] Duties & VAT: Please remember, there may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that aren't reflected in our prices. Check with your local Customs Office for those charges. Most of our customers think they're a small price to pay for the quality of the merchandise received. All our pricing and shipping charges are in U.S. funds. [top] Enveloped Print: Prints sized wallet, 4x6 and 5x7 are able to be shipped in our envelope packaging. Anything larger than these sized must be flat packed for optimal protection. [top] First Class: Standard Mail is the least expensive method of shipping your order to you. In most cases it will take between 3 and 5 days to arrive at your location. [top] Flack Packed Prints: Prints 8x10 and 8x12 will be packaged and shipped in a rigid cardboard "flat pack" envelope. Due to their size, shipping options for flat packed prints begin with Priority Mail and increase in expense from there. Sometimes, if you order includes both 8x10 prints as well as smaller sizes, all can be shipped in the same flat packed enveloped. [top] Handling: Handling charges help us pay for the time and expense it costs us to process, sort, cut and package your order by hand. Each order can have many pieces which need to be collated and checked for quality before being shipped to you. This time consuming and important process ensures that your order will be handled as if it were our own by our lab professionals and carefully packaged to avoid shipping damage. Our desire is for you to receive the highest quality prints in perfect condition and a timely manner every time you place an order. [top] Incremental Rates: For enveloped-prints and flat-print packaging, orders are incremented for an additional .50˘ per / 5 and for tube-packed prints for an additional .50˘ per print. [top] Overnight Shipping: Overnight shipping means that your order should arrive to you by the next business day from the time that it is shipped. [top] Priority Mail: Priority Mail is what the United States Post Office (USPS) usually uses for most deliveries. The USPS maintains that within the United States this normally means a 2-3 day delivery. [top] Tubed Prints: Prints sized 11x14 or greater must be shipped in a cardboard tube to ensure their protection during shipment. If you have a multi part order with several pieces, these tubes can be placed in a larger box with the other parts to your order to save you the expense of us having to ship you multiple items.
