Many thanks to Kim Chitwood!Just wanted to thank Kim for her efforts to help to get our photo card order here in time to mail before Christmas! The original order was placed on 12/6/22 and was scheduled to be received on 12/14/22. Order arrived on time. After opening the box, all 60 of the cards were cropped, cutting through one of the names on the signature line. Dissappointment!!! I called and emailed customer service on 12/15/22 to discuss trying to remedy this and was iimmediately offered a refund. Later that day I called to see if there was a chance that a re-order might be expedited to be received before Christmas, Kim Chitwood received my call and went above and beyond to get this done! Kim explained that it my be difficult to do, but that she would give it a go. I emailed a photo of the card that I received, showing the cropping error. Kim then contacted a supervisor and, long story short, made it possible for the cards to be reprinted with expedited shipping. The cards were received on 12/20/22! At a time when customer service seems to be lacking, Kim reminded me that there are still those that represent their companies well and are willing to take the time and effort to correct a product quality issue and get a finished product to the customer as promised. Kim spent 30 minutes with me on the phone, contacted people after hours and made this happen and I am truly appreciative of her time a patience.

What shipping options do you offer?
Canvas, jewelry, photo books, and pillows ship within 5 business days.
All other products ship within 2-4 business days.
We offer the following shipping options, which do not include processing time:
Economy Shipping: 8-10 business days (Not Trackable)
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
2nd Day Shipping: 2 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business days
Orders placed after 3pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Domestic shipping time estimates apply to the contiguous United States only. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and United States Territories may take additional time to ship.
We strive to ensure all orders ship on time and appreciate your patience while your order is on its way. Shipping delays encountered once the item is with the delivery carrier are out of our control. Shipping times are estimates only, and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed at this time. Refunds will not be granted for orders delivered past the estimated delivery date.

How do you calculate shipping costs?
We calculate shipping costs based on the destination, physical size of the order, quantity of items in the order and shipping method chosen. To find out the shipping cost of your order, please upload a test image and add the number of items you think you might order to your cart and click "proceed with order." Once you get to the next page, you will see the shipping total for each option that we offer to the destination currently selected as your "ship to" address.
