How do I know what I will be charged for shipping?  What are your Shipping Rates?

The best way to check shipping charges is to see the shipping total in your Shopping Cart.

When you click on ‘Check Out’ you will be taken to a page where you can choose your shipping option. The price of the option you choose will be updated instantly. We offer Standard, Express, Second Business Day and Next Business Day shipping options. Not all shipping methods are available in all areas.

We calculate shipping charges based on the destination address, product combinations you order and the shipping method you select. Not all of our products will ship in the same type of containers and some products in your order may require separate shipping containers. This will impact your shipping total.

Standard Shipping Timeframes for Items shipping to U.S. Addresses

Canvas, jewelry, photo books, and pillows ship within 5 business days.
All other products ship within 2-4 business days.

We offer the following shipping options, which include processing time:

Economy Shipping: 8-10 business days (Not Trackable)
Standard Shipping: 5 business days
2nd Day Shipping: 4 business days
Overnight Shipping: 3 business days

Domestic shipping time estimates apply to the contiguous United States only. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and United States Territories may take additional time to ship.

We strive to ensure all orders ship on time and appreciate your patience while your order is on its way. Shipping delays encountered once the item is with the delivery carrier are out of our control. Shipping times are estimates only, and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed at this time. Refunds will not be granted for orders delivered past the estimated delivery date.

Standard Shipping Timeframes for Items shipping to International Addresses

Orders shipped outside of the United States are normally delivered within 14 business days (not including weekends).

Place orders by 12pm:

• Economy Shipping: Monday, December 12th
• Standard Shipping: Tuesday, December 13th
• 2nd Day Shipping: Thursday, December 15th
• Overnight Shipping: Friday, December 16th

*Holiday deadlines are the suggested order dates for delivery by Dec 24th but cannot be guaranteed. Our shipping partners are currently experiencing high volumes which may result in a delay. Please note: Photo Blanket orders may take up to five days to produce in addition to shipping time. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may take up to an additional two weeks.
